Banishment of cyber bullying.

This player has been bullying people, he has said people were on porn sites and were doing it, and will constantly curse. He is saying racist comments amount modern day time, providing false information and will not stop talking in chat. This person has been one of the worst. When he is in power nothing worse happens, he encourages people to talk with him and spam the chat. I have found out that the chat can lag the game with its constant loading of unneeded words of texts and junk. I honestly think this person should be banned. Im Not alone a few others agree as well.
